Blueberry brings a burst of freshness to this naturally sweet combination of bananas and apples. A comforting flavour made even more special with the addition of the velvety smooth and sweet vanilla.
INGREDIENTS
- 132g banana, peeled (1 large banana)
- 200g apple, peeled, cored and chopped (around 2 and a half apples)
- 80g blueberries
- Pinch of vanilla beans
METHOD
- Steam the apples until soft
- Transfer the apples, banana, blueberries and vanilla into a bowl or mixer and puree until smooth.
